The time it takes to survey will vary based on the complexity of your proposed installation, but generally take up to 30 minutes. In some instances we may need to smoke test your chimney or carry out a camera survey for confirmation of integrity.
We pay great care and attention to make sure that your living space is covered with sheets and any hard floors are covered with rubber matts to avoid scratches. We will make sure to hoover and/or mop as required so that your home is left as we found it.

As HETAS registered installers we are able to offer certificates of compliance. These certificates show record that your stove has been installed by a competent person and therefore cover you for any insurance purposes in future.
